I’m the mastermind behind the projects at We Question Our Project, a dedicated service design studio based in Barcelona. My hidden goal is to pull our clients into uncharted waters. But for that I need to assure them that they won’t get lost. I craft our work around understandable methods and feasible actions. With unexpected results.

With a long —but old— professional background in UX and interaction design, I crossed to the dark side of participatory approaches and intangible value through design thinking in 2012. When interfaces can be people… things get a little complicated!

Yes, I do have a slightly academic side, but fortunately for conference purposes, I manage to keep it on leash. I study an MBA in Service Innovation and Design in Finland. I teach service prototyping, service and business design in the Master on Design Management and Innovation at BAU Design College. And I am a visiting lecturer in other design, business and government schools both locally and as far as Ecuador.

I also use some of my time to foster service design through events such as Barcelona GovJam and talks, like this one.
